Our emphasis is on the integration of mind, body and spirit in the healing process.  I am a North Carolina Licensed Professional Counselor with over 24 years of counseling experience in both the public and private sector. I have a Master’s Degree in Human Development and Learning  with a concentration in Agency Counseling from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.  I completed my undergraduate degree in Psychology and Social Work from Pfeiffer College. I also offer Emotional Freedom Technique and Eye Movement Desensitization  and Reprocessing therapy.

My clinical expertise includes stress management, life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, women’s issues and relationship issues.

I am a member of the American Counseling Association and the Licensed Professional Counseling Association of North Carolina.
